The location next to Termini station is incredibly convenient. However, the private bathroom arrangement was a bit awkward at night.

The air conditioning unit efficiently cools the room, proving invaluable during the heat. Clear communication about the location of the private bathroom allowed for minimal disruption.
Having a private bathroom outside the suite can be a hassle, especially at night when you don't want to disturb neighbors unlocking doors. Additionally, the street noise makes it impossible to leave the window open, though the AC compensates for it.

Best host in town!
Severine made our stay super easy. She’s a gem, offered awesome tips for sightseeing! The location right by Termini was perfect for getting around. The coffee at breakfast? So good! Just wish the room was a tad bigger for all our stuff. Overall, a cozy spot to crash after exploring Rome.

Staying here was a blast with my friends! Loved the free WiFi and the handy tour desk helped us plan our adventures. We had a great time visiting the Colosseum and the Vatican. The shared kitchen was perfect for our late-night snacks. Definitely a cozy spot to unwind after a long day out.
One downside was dealing with the private bathroom arrangement. It was a bit awkward at night when we had to wander to use it.

The Quadruple Room was clean and comfy, perfect for our family. Loved that it faced an inner courtyard, so it was super quiet despite being close to Termini. The breakfast was amazing—delivered right on time each morning! Just wished it had a bit more space for all our bags, but it worked out well for our short stay.
